Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CoachFit 3D (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles your information when you use our fitness application for Apple Vision Pro. We built CoachFit 3D to be private by design: your workouts happen on your device, and we collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you create an account or subscribe, we process your email address and subscription status through Apple. We never see your full payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple.
• Workout activity. Reps, sessions, durations, and progress are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync or Apple Health, this data is shared only with those Apple services under your control.
• Camera & motion data. Hand-tracking and body-tracking used for rep counting and form feedback are processed on-device in real time. Camera frames and skeletal data are never uploaded to our servers or stored.
• Diagnostics. With your permission, we may receive anonymous crash and performance reports through Apple to help us fix bugs.

How we use information

• To provide core features — coaching, rep counting, and progress tracking.
• To manage subscriptions and unlock premium content.
• To diagnose crashes and improve app stability and performance.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Health & Apple Health

If you grant access, CoachFit 3D can write workout sessions to Apple Health. We only read or write the specific data types you authorize, and you can revoke this at any time in the Health app or iOS/visionOS settings. Health data is never shared with third parties.

Data storage & security

Your workout history lives on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account. We protect any data we do process using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time by deleting the app and, where applicable, requesting deletion of account data by contacting us. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or restrict processing of your personal data.

Children

CoachFit 3D is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
