These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CoachFit 3D (“the app”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Health & safety disclaimer

CoachFit 3D provides general fitness and wellness content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Stop immediately and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the app and perform any exercises at your own risk. Always stay aware of your physical surroundings while using a mixed-reality headset.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

• Premium features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your Apple account.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content;
• Use the app in any unlawful way or to infringe others’ rights;
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the app’s security or integrity.

Intellectual property

The app, including its coaches, environments, designs, and software, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific fitness results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the prior twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
